Event Rental Process 

We try to keep things simple. Here’s how it works! 

Step 01.

BUILD A WISH LIST

Add items to your wish list by selecting products on our site here and then fill out the form to request a quote. 

When filling out the quote request, you can decide if you would like to pick up the order yourself (small items only) or have our team deliver the items and pick them up.

After you build your list, fill out the form and submit your quote request.

GET THE QUOTE

Within 24-48 business hours the Cedar & Pine team will email you a quote and booking information.

We recommend checking your spam and contacting us if you don’t receive anything.

Review your quote and email us if you want to make any changes. 

No 03.

COMPLETE THE VENUE INFO QUESTIONNAIRE 

If your order will be delivered and we have worked with your venue before we will most likely not ask you to fill out this questionnaire. If your venue is a private residence, park, or other location we have never been to, we will use this information to confirm that the quote we have sent you is accurate and to make sure your delivery goes smoothly.

BOOK YOUR ORDER

After we have confirmed your venue and order details, click the “ready to book” button on the invoice we sent you. This will take you to our contract which will allow you to fill in your desired delivery and pickup times, along with other important information about your event. When you complete the contract, we will send you a confirmation of your order within 24 hours. Our entire process is completed online for your convenience.

MAKE A PAYMENT

If your order is over our $350 minimum, before delivery fees, 25% of your total order is due at the time of booking. This non-refundable payment will apply to your final balance. If your order is under our $350 minimum, full payment is due at the time of booking.

No 06.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS 

 You have until 2 weeks before your event date to make changes and adjustments to your order. Anytime you need to make a change, reach out to the Cedar & Pine team via email and we will be happy to help! Our full terms and order adjustment information can be found in our contract when booking.

No 07.

GET YOUR RENTAL ITEMS

DELIVERY ORDERS:
On the day of your event, the Cedar & Pine team will arrive between the scheduled delivery times and set up your items. This includes assembling tables, designing lounge spaces, placing chairs, and placement of everything based on your layout or diagram. After the event, either the same night or the next day, our team will return to take everything down. 

PICKUP ORDERS:
You will have up to 2 days before your event date to pickup your order. Our team will send you pick up instructions for your scheduled pick up date.
